Great 2-day stay at this RV resort. Fast check-in (even after-hours) and attentive staff. Made-to-order breakfast is among the many amenities *** included *** in your daily rate. Easy, easy access to I-35 and just 10 minutes from the heart of eveything that's happening in Waco.

The camp ground had multiple laundry areas, a nice dog area, one bathroom/shower building and a nice gym.

Very neat and clean. Level gravel pads, all pull through. Plenty of room for long units. Just off I-35, sometimes noisy but most times not too bothersome.

Solid RV park. Big. No reservation needed. We arrived after hours without a problem (greeted by owner (Austin I think)). Breakfast was delicious as well.

Didn't make use of the swimming pool since it was off season but it is very nice. Catch-and-release fishing is available, too.

Unfortunately, I cannot take half a star away, this should be a 4.5 star rating!

Full hookups (water/sewer/electric) and their all new WiFi is outstanding. We streamed college football most of the day with no problems whatsoever. No cable connection but you can pick up a bunch of channels from Waco to Dallas-Fort Worth with a good HDTV antenna. But, in lieu of an antenna, the WiFi will get you all the streaming entertainment you'd need.

Laundry room is onsite and next door to the men's and women's bathrooms, each with a (large!) shower.

The bathroom/shower is very limited...only one toilet stall and one shower stall...with no ventilation. This made taking a shower and using the bathroom not a super pleasant experience.

This place was nice. My wife and I stayed for three nights and it was so nice to wake up and walk over to the onsite cafe to get a home cooked, hot breakfast. The sites were well maintained and easy to get in and out of.

Glampers, put this park on your destination list.

Pads are gravel but we had no problem leveling our travel trailer. They can accommodate every trailer size imaginable, it seems, judging by the wide variety of rigs we saw around the park.

Campground is not what is advertised. Dog run is overrun with at least ankle high weeds. Sites need attention, breakfast is served daily and Permanent residents do a good job with breakfast. Noise is loud from I35, not campgrounds fault. But overall, would stay there again if in area
